Neutrasafe as the name implies is a Neutral & Safe Neutral pH rust remover. Neutrasafe works by selectively attacking the rust present on the surface of the metal and removing it into the solution of the rust remover. The product works in cavities, crevices and volutes and safely removes corrosion within seconds.There is no reaction of the Neutrasafe chemical with the metal and hence no tarnishing or color change of the metal surface.Generic rust removers are formulated with very strong acids having pH of 1.0 to 2.0 where as Neutrasafe has a pH of 5.5 which is the same pH as of human skin. It is safe to work with limited personal protection equipment. Neutrasafe has also got the advantage that the re-rusting is minimized due to the absence of strong acids.There is also no change in the dimensions of the product when the rust is removed. The product can be used again and again and does not need to be replaced but only topped up in the tank.The product can be used on various steels, cast iron, copper & aluminum or any other metal upon trials.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0Neutrasafe – 3 Variants\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    1.Neutrasafe jelly<\/h4>\n

    It is also called as a (Neutral pH Jelly). It is thick Transparent jelly which can be applied on the parts as a viscous liquid. The Neutrasafe Jelly would convert the surface to rust free and then can be cleaned with water and applied with RP Coatings or Paints.<\/p>\n

    2.Neutrasafe Powder<\/h4>\n

    Rust Remover Neutrasafe Powder \u00a0(Neutral pH Rust Removing Powder) which can be dissolved in water to form a solution @5-10%. The parts can be dipped in this Neutrasafe Solution for a few minutes to hours to remove rust without any mechanical scrubbing or rubbing.<\/p>\n

    3.Acidic Rust Remover<\/h4>\n

    Acidic is also known as RR 500 & Neutraliser NN 500. The RR500 is an acidc Rust Remover which can remove rust speedily. This needs to however be Neutralsed by using NN 500 Neutraliser after rust removal and needs a lot of personal precautions while being used or handled.<\/p>\n
